$175/hour, longer pro-rated; Couples Please use the 1.5 to 2 hour options when scheduling.
Insurance
Only Allone/Triad EAP accepted
You may check with your insurance company if an Out of Network (OON) provider is accepted, in which case your payment is directly to me; I email you a statement which you send to your insurance for re-imbursement.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, please inquire.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not given at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please note that EAP or insurance companies do not cover missed appointments; therefore, you are responsible.
