Relationship Transitions: Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends

A deeply integrated and accessible experiential class

6 Weeks,Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 pm, beginning soon!

A guided exploration of how we move through relationship change - including endings, beginnings, and transformation - psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. In a small, supportive group, this class provides a threshold into profound clarity and renewal. All parts of your experience are welcome.

This participatory class supports:

  • managing rejection, guilt and blame; resolving feelings of loneliness, anger, fear, pain, low self-worth

  • conscious relationship transitions

  • grief, change, and identity shifts

  • embodied movement practices

  • exploring how your past is informing your present relationships

  • Based on the book “Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends” by Dr. Bruce Fischer (required for the class, often available at a library)

6 week in-person group held in El Jebel office (online option). Location: 0189 JW Dr., Blue Lake HOA Building
